Child Development Centers participating in the Healthy Kids Healthy Preschool program are very busy working in their own edible gardens and the Farm to Preschool activities. Participating centers are buying New Mexico grown produce for meals and snacks and use it for nutrition education activities, growing and engaging children in edible gardens and involving families and communities in these efforts.
