Client qualifications are based on information the clients provides regarding household monthly income, household expenses and household size composition. Once the client qualifies for TBS screening*, eligibility is determined by the federal, local or state programs the client is potentially eligible to receive. TBS does not determine client’s approval or denial of government benefits or other nongovernmental benefits.
*Documentation such as proof of income, household size, etc. is not required for a TBS screening unless a direct service such as bus tokens or emergency financial assistance is received.
