Larry was an exceptional volunteer for the tax preparation program for over a decade. He donated countless hours to the program in service of others, helping them obtain their refunds and thus avoiding needless costs and fees. A few years ago, CAASNM created the Larry Cottingham Community Action Award to honor Larry and recognize exceptional activism in the community. Larry was the first recipient of the award.
