Position Summary: Maintains all CACFP Center data and maintains CAP60 data current
License Requirements: Valid NM Class D driver’s license required. Must maintain insurability with CAA insurance to continue employment.
Education: Education and/or experience with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, proficiency required
Experience: Office experience. Internet and Web based systems experience desirable.
Skills/Abilities: Ability to consistently meet required deadlines, input computer data quickly, keep abreast of software upgrades, maintain client confidentiality, understand state and internal CACFP policies, work well with others, effectively communicate orally and in writing, and work independently. Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred, not required.
Job Description: Under the guidance of the CACFP Director and CACFP Center Day Care Program Manager. Completes data entry of all documentation submitted by center Monitors into CAP60; Files all documents submitted by Center Monitors, maintains the IEA binders accurate and requests updated copies from Centers. Providers administrative assistance to centers as needed. Assists CACFP staff with phone, filing and mailing of checks, forms, letters, and information. Assists in the menu processing. Other duties as assigned. The position is subject to Drug and Alcohol testing policy when mandated.
