Teen Parent
The Teen Parent Program helps pregnant and parenting teens who want to continue their education, enhance their parenting skills and improve the overall lives of themselves and their children.
Case Management
The Teen Parent Program provides case management to teen parents that are able to remain within their families of origin or successfully live independently. Participants must fulfill specified
program requirements and meet regularly with the program's Case Manager.

- Grocery shopping assistance
- Tutoring
- Diapers (based on availability)
- Individual and group counseling
- Presentations regarding: sex education, sexual assault, child abuse, domestic violence, immunizations, drug and alcohol prevention, smoking, literacy, etc.
- Assistance in completing applications or: TANF, food stamps, Medicaid, Housing, WIC and child care assistance.
Program Requirements
Must be a parenting or pregnant teen between 13 and 21 years old. Must be currently enrolled or willing to enroll in an educational program (ex. High School, college, GED program).
